We aim to ship out all ordered placed before 3PM EST on the same day, although some orders may be shipped the next day.

Most customers in the United States will receive their products based on their geographical region:

Midwest: 3-5 business days

West coast: 4-6 business days

Alaska/Hawaii/U.S. Virgin Islands: 3-5 business days

At the time, we do not ship internationally. If you are interested in purchasing a large bulk order, contact us and we can try to arrange a shipment.

Yes! We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Micronesia. Contact us to place an order, and we can make sure you're getting the best shipping rate.

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. We will ship with the carrier that gives us the best rate for you.

Our warehouse is located in Windsor Mill, Maryland.

We do offer local pickup by appointment only at our warehouse in Windsor Mill, Maryland. Contact us to set up a time.
